Return and Exchange Policy



I, Liza Illichmann, take great pride in crafting and delivering exceptional original artwork. Your satisfaction with your purchase is my top priority. Please review the following return and exchange policy:
1. Satisfaction Guarantee:
I am committed to providing you with art that you love. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your artwork to discuss your concerns.
2. Returns:
In the event that you wish to return your artwork, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it. The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging.The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer, and I recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking for returns.
3. Refunds:
Upon receiving the returned artwork and verifying its condition, I will initiate a refund for the purchase price, minus any shipping and handling charges.Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned artwork and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your artwork for another piece from my collection, please contact me to discuss the available options.
5. Damaged Artwork:
In the rare event that your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me immediately. To assist with any insurance claims, please document the damage by providing clear photographs of both the artwork and the packaging.I will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a refund, replacement, or repair, depending on the nature of the damage.
6. Cancellations:
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellations made after this time frame may not be possible if the artwork has already been shipped.
7. Custom Commissions:
Please note that custom commissions are non-refundable once work has commenced. I will work closely with you throughout the creation process to ensure your satisfaction.
